Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be managing complex projects such as kitchens, structures, & pool projects.  At the beginning of employment, this position will require part-time work on the crews to learn the details of our trade.

Responsibilities & Requirements of position:

• Coordinate our crews & equipment
• Coordinate inspections & Deliveries
• Manage multiple sub-contractors
• Light carpentry tasks

The ideal candidate will:

Sales

As a sales associate, you will be designing and bidding on projects. This position is working with customer quote requests received via phone or our website. It does not involve cold calling. At the beginning of employment, this position will require part time work on the landscape and hardscape crews to learn the details of our trade.

Responsibilities & Requirements of the position:

• Conducting phone interviews with potential clients
• Meeting clients for jobsite consultations
• Designing landscapes, landscape lighting, & outdoor living areas
• Estimating projects
• Meeting clients for proposal reviews

Hardscape + Landscape Crew Member

As a crew member, you will be assisting with landscape and hardscape projects.  Experience in the landscape industry is beneficial, but training is also provided.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Installation & maintenance of landscape
• Installation of water features & landscape lighting
• Installation of outdoor living areas
• Lifting 50+ pounds

• Reading prints and elevation details
• Interacting with clients during construction
• Supervising QC and scheduling materials.
